РИСК-ОРИЕНТИРОВАННАЯ ТАКТИКА ПОДГОТОВКИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ К ДЕНТАЛЬНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ
Abstract
Статья посвящена разработке риск-ориентированной тактики подготовки пациентов к дентальной имплантации. Рассмотрены факторы риска, влияющие на прогноз лечения: анамнез пародонтита, курение, диабет или гипергликемия, неудовлетворительная гигиена, бруксизм и дефицит кератинизированной слизистой. На основе анализа научной литературы и клинико-методической модели сформированы этапы санации, пародонтологической стабилизации и допуска к хирургическому этапу. Практический итог работы - набор критериев готовности пациента, пригодный для клиники и последующей апробации.
