LEADERSHIP UNDER CRISIS CONDITIONS AND ITS MACROECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES
Abstract
This article analyzes the phenomenon of leadership as it manifests itself during periods of crisis, together with its impact on macroeconomic processes. The article examines the theoretical foundations of leadership, the transformation of management styles under crisis conditions, and the influence of these transformations on national economic indicators. In the course of the study, the relationship between leadership qualities and economic stability was theoretically substantiated. In conclusion, effective anti-crisis leadership is assessed as a decisive factor in the recovery of macroeconomic indicators.
