Abstract
Ushbu maqolada boshlangʻich ta’lim oʻqituvchilarining kasbiy rivojlanishida malaka oshirish tizimining oʻrni va ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi malaka oshirish tizimining oʻqituvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishga ta'sirini aniqlash hamda uning samaradorligini oshirish boʻyicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
