Abstract

The text presents the conceptual framework for modernizing school career guidance in the context of current state requirements. The author substantiates the transition to a comprehensive support model for professional self-determination, which integrates academic, extracurricular, and work-related activities. The article examines mechanisms for increasing the effectiveness of career guidance through the development of network partnerships, the use of supplementary education, and the implementation of vocational training programs in high school.
