Abstract

This article discusses the role of continuous pedagogical practice in modern pedagogical research, its importance in developing students' skills in independent learning, designing the lesson process, using innovative methods, and analyzing pedagogical situations. The practical applications of modern directions of pedagogy and educational theory - a competency-based approach, interactive methods, information and communication technologies, and the principles of inclusive education - are theoretically substantiated. The study is significant in that it offers effective methodological approaches to improving the professional training and pedagogical skills of practicing students.
