FOREIGN EXPERIENCES IN DEVELOPING THE THINKING ACTIVITY OF FUTURE OFFICERS
Abstract
The article analyzes the advanced experiences of the military education system of countries such as the USA, Israel, South Korea and Turkey aimed at developing critical and strategic thinking in future officers. The author highlights the content and pedagogical significance of innovative methods used in foreign practice - critical thinking modules, mission-oriented analysis, leadership-focused decision-making training, reflexive thinking concept, real-time scenario-based simulation, SMART Army concept, strategic games and interactive leadership laboratories. It is emphasized that through these approaches, analytical thinking, forecasting, sense of responsibility, moral position and leadership competencies are harmoniously developed in servicemen. The article also provides scientific and pedagogical conclusions on the implementation of foreign experience in the military education system of Uzbekistan in combination with national values.
