SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DEVELOPING CREATIVITY IN STUDENTS: FACTORS OF LEADERSHIP AND CREATIVE THINKING DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
This article analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics of developing creativity in students, with particular attention to the factors that foster leadership and creative thinking. The role of the social environment, the educational process, and psychological support in enhancing students’ activity, initiative, and independent thinking is examined. The article highlights the interrelation between leadership and creativity, as well as innovative approaches that contribute to their development.
