COMPLIANCE OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ON SECURITY ENSURANCE AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS OF UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article analyzes the harmonization between the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the security of international airports and international aviation security standards (such as ICAO, IATA). It highlights the strengths of Uzbekistan’s legal framework, identifies areas for improvement, and discusses future prospects for aligning the national security system with global standards and requirements.
