ALGORITHMIZATION AS A TOOL FOR DIFFERENTIATED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Abstract
This article examines the role of algorithmization in the differentiated training of future primary school teachers. Algorithmization is presented as a systematic approach to structuring the educational process, taking into account the individual characteristics of students. The study highlights methodological aspects of developing algorithmic thinking in educators, analyzes practical models for implementing differentiated learning, and evaluates its significance in teacher training. Key benefits include increased lesson efficiency (25-40%), reduced preparation time, and enhanced professional confidence. The article also explores future prospects, such as integration with digital educational platforms and the development of automated decision-support systems for teachers.
