Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bipolyar tranzistorlarning tuzilishi, ishlash prinsipi hamda ularning zamonaviy elektron qurilmalarda qo‘llanilishi yoritib beriladi. Tranzistorning asosiy qismlari, ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi va signalni boshqarish jarayonidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, bipolyar tranzistorlarning elektr xususiyatlari, ishlash rejimlari va turli elektron tizimlarda, jumladan kuchaytirgichlar hamda kommutatsiya qurilmalarida qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
