LABOR MARKET ASPECTS OF INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AS A KEY FACTOR IN POVERTY REDUCTION IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article examines the main aspects of inclusive economic development in Uzbekistan in terms of the labor market in reducing poverty. The study analyzes the impact of inclusive economic policies on employment indicators, job quality and the effective allocation of labor resources, as well as the development of the social protection system. It also discusses the structural changes taking place in the national labor market, programs for improving the professional skills and retraining of the population, and mechanisms for involving broad social strata in the production process based on the principles of social justice.
