Abstract

This article analyzes modern scientific and methodological approaches to improving the reaction speed of basketball players. Particular attention is given to methods based on neuromotor coordination training, visual-motor reaction drills, and the use of sensory stimulators. The findings suggest that improving reaction speed is not solely dependent on physical fitness, but also requires psychological and neurophysiological components.
