Abstract

This article explores the role of traditional medical approaches in emergency medicine, evaluating their

practical effectiveness and potential for integration with modern medical practices. Certain elements of folk

medicine-such as herbal remedies, heat therapy, and home-based first aid-are considered viable alternatives,

especially in emergency conditions where access to modern medical tools is limited. The article also

assesses the safety and efficacy of these methods based on scientific principles.
