Abstract

This article discusses the psychological aspects of developing leadership abilities in academic lyceum students. Leadership is considered one of the most important qualities in modern education because it helps students become active, responsible, and socially adaptable individuals. The article analyzes psychological factors such as motivation, self-confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and social activity that influence leadership development among students. Methods and recommendations for improving leadership abilities in educational environments are also presented.
