INSON RESURSLARINI BOSHQARISHDA SUN’IY INTELLEKT IMKONIYATLAR, MUAMMOLAR VA KELAJAK ISTIQBOLLARI
Abstract
So‘nggi yillarda sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi inson resurslarini boshqarish tizimiga tubdan ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida korxonalar xodimlarni tanlash, moslashtirish, rivojlantirish va baholash jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish orqali samaradorlikni oshirishga intilmoqda. Sun’iy intellekt asosida ishlovchi tizimlar ma’lumotlarni tezkor tahlil qilish, mos nomzodlarni aniqlash, individual rivojlanish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish va xodimlar bilan muloqotni optimallashtirish imkonini bermoqda. Shu bilan birga, AI texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi qator etik, huquqiy va ijtimoiy muammolarni ham keltirib chiqarmoqda. Ayniqsa, shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish, algoritmik xolislik, qarorlar shaffofligi va inson omilining saqlanishi dolzarb masalaga aylangan.
