Abstract

The introduction of one or another means, weapons into it have been random events. For example, man's discovery of fire, the wheel, or the ax was not the result of his conscious, planned mental work. And the new era has put on the agenda to realize such discoveries, in Bacon's words, as "art", "the result of special researches".
