Abstract
Мазкур мақолада рақамли ҳукуматнинг коррупцияга қарши курашиш механизмлари таҳлил қилинди, бунда ҳуқуқий маданиятнинг тизимли аҳамияти ўрганилди. Таҳлил натижасида рақамли воситаларнинг самарадорлиги улар жорий этилган ҳуқуқий-ижтимоий муҳит билан чамбарчас боғлиқлиги аниқланди. Технологик, норматив-ҳуқуқий ва ижтимоий-маданий компонентларни ўзаро боғлиқликда кўриб чиқувчи коррупция хавфини камайтиришнинг интеграциялашган модели таклиф этилди ва назарий жиҳатдан асосланди.
