THE NEED TO DEVELOP DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS
Abstract
The article analyzes the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the education system today, especially its importance in monitoring the competence of future teachers. The strategy for developing digital competence, its individual parts, and strategies for developing competencies based on international and regulatory documents are considered. The article considers issues such as the adoption of competence for teachers - increasing the level of education, improving interactivity, improving and ensuring safety for students. In conclusion, equipping future teachers with computing competence is shown in accordance with the factor of prioritizing the quality of education, digitization of society and the effective introduction of modern technologies.
